Refunds/ Returns

All of our dresses are created just for you from either the Made to order collection, Made to Measure or Bespoke range, for this reason, we do not offer a returns/ exchange option. We are confident that you will love your special Alonuko gown, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with it, simply contact us, and we can work to fix any issue you may have.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives or you are sent the wrong item?

Our quality team check your products to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare.

If you are unhappy with the quality, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, just contact us within 5 days of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you, and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement. 

Made to order cancellations

You can cancel your order of a made to order gown within 7 days of confirmation of the order and may incur a cost if cancelled outside of this time frame. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order. If you are unsure of which dress to go ahead with, we suggest booking an appointment where you can see the full collection before making a decision. Made to measure cancellations

In the case of our made to measure products you have 48 hours from the time of placing your booking to cancel your order if you change your mind. Please note that after 48 hours, you will be unable to cancel your order due to the bespoke nature of the work. If you wish to cancel after 48 hours, you will be charged for the full price of the order. This does not affect your statutory legal rights.

Can I change my existing order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you won’t be able to make changes to what you have ordered through our website, but please contact us via email at, and we will be happy to help.
