To process your return, please create a return label using your preferred courier and send the item back to us. We recommend including tracking with your shipment so you can monitor its progress and receive confirmation once it has been returned to ALONUKO.

Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check. To receive a refund, please ensure the item is unworn and all tags are still attached.

Upon successful completion of the quality check, a full refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
