Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for all Ready-to-ship and Pre-order products available to order on the website. Made-to-Order Online, Bespoke/Made-to-order bridal service, and Sample Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If your order is eligible for the 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, hygiene seals intact, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please fill out the RETURN FORM. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package after the form is completed. All return expenses will be covered by you. We advise keeping your postage receipt as we are not liable for any items lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as Made-to-Measure or Made-to-Order purchases, or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). All sale items, including sample sale items, are final sale and non-returnable. Gift cards are also non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You will receive a full refund for the item value, excluding delivery costs unless the order is canceled before it has been shipped. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for this to be visible in your bank account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Bespoke and Made-to-order bridal service
All products will specify their returns policy in separate Terms and Conditions upon making the order. Orders of this type can only be made via enquiry.
