This policy outlines made-to-order online product orders. These items are made with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. These items are made specifically for you following your purchase, and are created to the specification as displayed on our website.

What Made-to-Order Means

  • All garments are produced after an order is placed.

  • They are not held in stock and are not customised.

  • The design, fabric, and finish will match the images and description on the product page.

Full Payment

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout to secure your order.

  • Once your order is placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Production Timelines

  • Production time varies by product. Please refer to the product page for specific timeframes displayed as the "ship by" date.

  • The "ship by" date does not include shipping time, which depends on your delivery location.

Final Sale Policy

  • As each item is made-to-order, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take exceptional care in the production and quality control of all garments. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing enquiries@alonuko.co.uk, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the fault

Once reviewed, we will assess whether the item qualifies as faulty and advise on the next steps. If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

Please note: Items damaged as a result of wear and tear, customer mishandling, or alterations made after receipt are not considered faulty.

Sizing

  • Items are made in the standard size selected during checkout.

  • Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.

  • We are not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect size selection.

Shipping

  • Shipping begins after production is complete.

  • You will receive tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

  • International clients are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.
